Vela – Account Director @ The Bravo Group.

The Bravo Group announced the promotion of Verónica Vela to Account Director from Management Supervisor.

Since joining the company in 1999, Verónica has been an integral part of the Bravo Group team, most notably as a leader on the Wyeth account, a pioneer account at Bravo since 1984. Currently, she oversees work on nine Wyeth products and was responsible for the launch of the first-ever Hispanic market advertising for the sleep aid Advil PM as well as, working in collaboration with Bravo Uno-a-Uno, introduced the Spanish language pages for their website.

Vela has worked on several cause/awareness accounts, including the Pfizer’s NY Hispanic Health Awareness program and the March of Dimes’ PSA campaign focused on folic acid to prevent birth defects.

In addition, as Account Supervisor on Sears, Verónica oversaw the development of original creative and the implementation of all media activations and promotional sponsorships and, as Senior Account Executive, coordinated and managed TV/Radio/Print productions including shoots and recordings as well as developing and managing the implementation of integrated marketing plans targeting Hispanic consumers.
