Viacom Outdoor Latino Expands.

Viacom Outdoor Latino has created two new positions it was announced today by Arthur R. Rockwell, Vice President, Sales. These positions will be tasked with growing Hispanic out-of-home media billing on the West Coast and in the Northeast.
Rafael Cardona, currently an account executive in the Los Angeles office, will be the Western National Account Executive. Rafael joined Viacom Outdoor as part of the merger with TDI, where he had been a national account executive since 2001. Prior to that, he worked on the agency and client side with stints at Carat North America, Anita Santiago Advertising and MALDEF, working both on general market and Hispanic media planning and marketing. He will continue to be based in Los Angeles.
Alvin Hysong will be the Eastern National Account Executive, based in New York. Alvin comes to Viacom Outdoor Latino with extensive experience in brand management and marketing with companies such as Miller Brewing, Tyson Foods and RJ Reynolds as well as 5 years of Hispanic media sales and marketing at Éxito newspaper in Chicago.
