Pro Sports Marketing Ventures and Promotions (Pro Sports MVP), a service marketing firm offering sports personalities for promotions and endorsements, has entered into an agreement with VirtualHispanic, a Santa Barbara based marketing firm for nationwide Hispanic market counsel.

The agreement follows Pro Sports MVP’s signing of New York Yankee All-Star second baseman Alfonso Soriano to an exclusive endorsement and marketing contract. VirtualHispanic was retained by Pro Sports MVP to provide a full-spectrum of Hispanic marketing counsel. Under the agreement, VirtualHispanic is responsible for introducing Pro Sports MVP and the celebrities they represent to various advertising agencies, both Hispanic and general market, as well as corporate marketing executives interested in reaching the fast growing U.S. Latino market through the use of well known Latino athletes, active and retired.

“Knowledge not only of the Hispanic market, but Hispanic marketers and the advertising industry was critical in selecting an agency partner. VirtualHispanic has a proven ability to deliver an outstanding level of service, supported by a highly strategic approach to creating exciting promotions,” said David Chavez, President, Pro Sports MVP. “This track record made VirtualHispanic the only choice for us.” VirtualHispanic’s relationship with the Colorado Springs based company dates back to 1999 when Pro Sports MVP launched.

“VirtualHispanic and Pro Sports MVP are embarking on an exciting venture and will enjoy great success together. We are very excited to be given this opportunity and collaborate with Pro Sports MVP to aggressively enter what is a relatively new marketplace for them,” said VirtualHispanic’s CEO Alex Rodriguez. “We understand the U.S. Hispanic market, and will help advertisers reach this segment with exciting promotional opportunities involving highly recognized sports figures.”
