Voy & SLC launch of VOY Student Loans.

VOY, LLC and the School Loans Corporation (SLC) of Los Angeles announced the launch of VOY Student Loans, the first fully bilingual loan service created by Latinos for Latinos that provides a broad range of education-focused financing solutions with reduced rates and personalized, one-to-one attention and advice. The launch is the start of a national program through which VOY will help empower, through information and services, a generation of Latinos that seek higher education

VOY Student Loans provides students and parents with an integrated experience that offers expert financial advice with an emphasis on attentive, personalized service, in the language of their choice. Applicants can tap into a wealth of resources with the bilingual website and free telephone customer support, debt management and consolidation products, as well as industry-competitive loan repayment incentives and other services.

Among the services offered at VOY Student Loans are a wide range of products for students and their parents, ranging from loans for primary and secondary education to undergraduate and graduate-level loan products:

— The VOY Stafford Loan is the most accessible form of student aid available in qualified amounts to eligible full- or half-time undergraduate and graduate students. It requires no credit check, is federally guaranteed, and has a low variable interest rate.

— The VOY Parent PLUS Loan is a federally guaranteed 10-year loan designed specifically for parents of undergraduate students to cover up to 100% of the costs of education (tuition, books, transportation, room and board), less any financial aid.

— VOY Private Loans offer financing flexibility to the entire family—from parents wishing to place their children in private schools to working adults seeking to update their skills. Loans with variable rates are available for the following: elementary and secondary schools; undergraduate, graduate and health care programs; and continuing education.

— The VOY Consolidation Loan allows parents, students and graduates to consolidate their existing eligible federal college loans into a single loan, reduce monthly payments, choose flexible repayment terms up to 30 years, and lock in the current interest rate for the rest of the loan term.
