WAPA America on Time Warner Cable’s New York City Region.

WAPA America announced that it will be available to Time Warner Cable New York City Region customers beginning July 23rd through the company’s DTV en Español service — a digital tier that includes over 60 Spanish language and popular English networks. WAPA America will be available on channel 806.

Jose Ramos, President of WAPA-TV said, “We are thrilled to be able to reach the 1.4 million Puerto Ricans living in the New York City area, as well as all other Hispanics, who we are confident will enjoy our unique and popular programming. This is a major step in the growth of the leading network for the Caribbean Hispanic population in the U.S.”
