Ward – VP & CFO @ Univision Radio.

Univision Radio announced the appointment of Timothy Ward as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Univision Radio, Inc. Mr. Ward has been with Univision Radio (formerly Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation) since January 2000, serving most recently as Vice President & Treasurer. Mr. Ward’s primary responsibilities will include management of Univision Radio’s internal financial reporting and analysis, cash management, and radio station acquisitions.

Prior to joining Univision Radio, Mr. Ward held financial management positions with radio broadcaster AMFM, Inc. prior to its merger with Clear Channel Communications, and with The Associates, which is now part of Citigroup. He began his career at KPMG in Dallas and served as a research fellow at the U.S. Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in Washington, DC.
