Wasongarz and Kirchner join the LatinWorks team.

LatinWorks announced the addition of Dania Wasongarz as Strategic Planning Director and Kurt Kirchner as Broadcast Director.
Dania joins LatinWorks most recently from Avrett Free Ginsberg in New York. Prior to AFG, Dania was with Conill Advertising, also in New York. Having both agency and client experience in the Hispanic and General Markets, she brings considerable insight and experience to the agency having led strategic planning for brands, such as Nestlé, Purina, Tylenol, CVS/Pharmacy and Crest among others.
In her new role at LatinWorks, Dania will be tasked with leading strategic planning for Kimberly-Clark, particularly with the Kotex brand. She holds a master’s degree from UC Berkeley and combines her academic training in sociology, cultural anthropology and ethnography with a creativity and a passion for arts and films.
Kurt joins LatinWorks most recently from DDB in Miami where he supervised and managed a team of nine in all disciplines of broadcast production. Kurt also previously worked at Leo Burnett in Mexico City and Belgium. No stranger to Latin culture, Kurt has lived in Brazil, Guatemala, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Mexico, Europe, Miami and is now proud to call Austin home.
Kurt joins LatinWorks as Broadcast Director and will oversee the production department for the Agency. He has jumped in head first and has already begun working on production for clients, such as Burger King, Domino’s and Mars.
