LatinWorks announced the appointment of Jim Wegerbauer as Vice President of Insights and Innovation.
Wegerbauer most recently held the post of Vice President of Strategic Planning at TM Advertising (formerly Temerlin/McClain) in Dallas, Texas, directing such accounts as Nationwide Insurance, American Airlines, Verizon SuperPages.com and Discovery Channel. Before joining TM, he served in the dual role of Creative Director and Director of Planning for the Houston Rockets. Prior to working for the Rockets, he served as Group Account Director at Square One Advertising. Over a six-year period his client list included Miller Lite, Molson, Red Dog, Whataburger, P.F. Chang’s, Dave & Buster’s, Icehouse Beer, Dillard’s and the Dallas Cowboys. Wegerbauer’s extensive career also includes time at Curro, Rankin & Williams and Y&R in Chicago.
In his newly created role at LatinWorks, Wegerbauer is charged with steering the agency’s approach to understanding the Hispanic consumer and leveraging marketplace patterns and trends.

Karin Clarke joins LatinWorks as Assistant Account Executive for Domino’s Pizza. In her previous role at High Wire Music, Clarke served as Music Marketing Project Manager.
Yviand Serbones has signed on as Translator for all accounts. Serbones graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor of science in Public Relations and a Latino Media Studies Concentration in December 2006. During college she held several internships in the advertising industry including positions at Fleishman-Hillard, Waggener Edstrom, Time Warner Cable and City Year/Americorps.
Jessica DeAngelis has been named Office Manager/Client Support Coordinator. Prior to graduation from Indiana University in May 2006, she held internships in media at GSD&M on such accounts as AARP, SBC, SAM’S Club, UHC and MasterCard.
