WNJU ‘ Noticiero 47 a las 11PM’ takes home Emmy.

Last Sunday, WNJU’s 11 p.m. newscast ‘Noticiero 47 a las 11 p.m’ took home the coveted Emmy Award for best „Evening Newscast „ (Under 35 Minutes) for its July 18, 2007 Broadcast. Anchors Patsi Arias and Jorge Ramos, together with the newscast production team celebrated a win that gives them bragging rights as the #1 evening newscast in the market. The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) held the Emmy annual awards ceremonies at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Manhattan.
The station also received awards in the following categories:
