WSUA/Radio Caracol op Talk Radio Station among Hispanics in South Florida.

WSUA/Radio Caracol 1260 AM registered outstanding rating results in the January rating period. According to the results published by rating measuring company Arbitron, Radio Caracol clearly continues to be the preferred Spanish Talk radio station for Hispanic listeners in South Florida:

– WSUA/Radio Caracol is the number one Spanish language talk radio station among South Florida Hispanics. (P6+ Hisp, P25-54 Hisp and P35-64 Hisp).

– WSUA/Radio Caracol also ranks first in all the key hours of the day Monday to Friday for the following demographic groups: Hispanic persons 6+, Hispanic persons 25-54 and Hispanic persons 35-64.

– Radio Caracol’s Average Quarter Hour ratings double (or more) its Talk format competitors’ in most day-parts.

Regarding the new GLR access to audience estimates for Radio Caracol 1260 AM, which covers the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale DMA, Juan Pablo Alvarez, President and CEO of GLR in North America added: “We believe these PPM measurements will help us better serve our clients and provide them with the information they need in order to build the most successful campaigns. At the same time, this data will be a great tool for our programming department; it will help us to better understand what our listeners’ interests are and we will be able to bring them the content they are looking for”.
