Zubi signs on with Arbitron PPM.

Arbitron Inc. announced that Zubi Advertising has signed an agreement for Arbitron Portable People MeterSM radio ratings services in Houston.
Lula Olmedo, vice president of Media, stated: “At Zubi Advertising, we developed the concept of ‘Mediativity,’ a planning discipline that uses a 360 degree approach to intercept the consumer at every possible touch point. The Portable People Meter system will provide more reliable and more actionable information that will help us better integrate radio into our clients’ media plans.
