NBCUniversal & Telemundo program donates laptops & internet access to Latino Communities
NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, in partnership with Comcast’s Internet Essentials program and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, announced a gift of over 2,000 laptops and free internet service for a year to young people, students, and seniors across the United States. The laptops and internet access are being donated by Comcast and Telemundo to support Latino communities most negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Women made remarkable progress accessing positions of power and authority in the 1970s and 1980s, but that progress slowed considerably in the 1990s and has stalled completely in this century.

Everyone can learn from the female energy in our lives and women’s contributions as much as we have to learn from males, ungendered or multiculturals, without it being mutually-exclusive, a diss on others, or descending into divisiveness, reparation for the past, or white male bashing.
