Stress in the workplace can be relative

The Deloitte Greenhouse™ Experience team recently completed a survey asking more than 23,000 professionals about their stress levels at work and found statistically significant variation in how respondents react to workplace stressors. Overall, the majority of respondents reported modest levels of stress. Fourteen percent reported being stressed only rarely and 57 percent reported being stressed sometimes, while 26 percent reported being stressed often, and 3 percent reported being always stressed.

Hispanic Gen Zers Influence Larger Purchases

All Gen Zers are hugely influential on their families and friends purchases especially across categories that directly impact their image such as in apparel, athletic shoes, school supplies, as well as in categories reflecting their taste preferences such as eating out, fast food and candies. Millward Brown released a study exploring the brands behind the two U.S. presidential candidates, Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump, comparing them with brand profiles in the company’s extensive brand database. The Clinton brand aligned with profiles of proficient but undifferentiated brands, including American Airlines, the United States Postal Service and Visit Florida, the state’s travel arm, while the Trump brand was unlike any brand found in the company’s BrandZ™ database of more than 100,000 brands.
