Featuring love, friendship, and royalty wrapped into a storyline that puts Gain front and center, the novela features actors Melvin Cabrera, Gabriela Vergara, Fernanda Romero, and Angie Russian.

Telemundo Media announced the launch of multiple digital and social media initiatives in what represents its most ambitious effort to connect and engage with music fans during the broadcast of the 2013 Billboard Latin Music Awards airing tonight, Thursday April 25, at 7pm/6c live from the BankUnited Center at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. This year’s highly interactive initiatives include over six hours of live-streaming starting with the Red Carpet show, followed by a Social Media Reporter show presented by State Farm and Sprint’s Backstage Show. In addition, music fans will be able to tap the Awards show’s exclusive zeebox experience, participate in Pepsi and Trendrr’s “El Pulso”, take part in the show’s first-ever “Momento del Fan”, interact with Telemundo’s first Keek profile and view custom branded videos via Toyota’s mobile hub.

Internet Radio Listening exponentially Higher among Hispanics.
As the percent of Hispanics who use mobile devices continues to climb, even more impressive is Internet radio’s reach with the growing Hispanic market. Findings from a top ten market study reveal that 32.7% of all Hispanics have logged on in the past month to an Internet radio website such as Pandora Radio, iHeartRadio, Radio.com or Slacker.com. The figure represents 4.2 million Hispanic Internet radio listeners in the top ten markets.
Tablets Rule.
Mojiva released its “Tablets Rule” research report, an in-depth study of U.S. consumers’ behaviors and interactions with advertising on tablet devices. The report showcases how brand advertisers are increasingly centering all of their other forms of advertising around tablets, thus increasing metrics related to consumer engagement, click-through rates, video plays, social influence and mobile commerce.
Consumption of News in the Digital Age.
The study, which was conducted by InSites Consulting, surveyed more than 3,600 owners of digital devices in Australia, Singapore, India, UAE, South Africa, Poland, Germany, France and the US in order to determine the growing impact of TV, smartphones, tablets and laptops on people’s news consumption habits. Survey participants were top income earners and owners of at least three devices amongst television, tablet, smartphone and laptop/desktop.
