How Twitter (finally) became relevant for me… or at least extremely useful

Now I, like any normal and reasonable tech obsessed human being, jumped on the twitter bandwagon as soon as I was aware it existed. Don’t ask me when this was, but it couldn’t have been that long ago, four years ago tops. I then investigated, played around with it and made unimportant posts about my everyday life. I quickly became bored with it, uninterested really. I had no true use for it, other than to sporadically read any random thoughts from those I deemed worthy enough to follow.

FCC grants approval of Comcast – NBC transaction

The Federal Communications Commission grants-with conditions and enforceable commitments-approval of the assignment and transfer of control of broadcast, satellite, and other radio licenses from General Electric Company (GE) to Comcast Corporation. The approval will allow GE and Comcast to create a joint venture involving NBC Universal, Inc. (NBCU) and Comcast. An Order further explaining the Commission’s reasoning and the conditions and commitments will be issued shortly.
