ESPN Deportes and Cultiva Entertainment have reached an agreement that makes ESPN Deportes the exclusive Spanish-language home in the U.S. to the 2008 Caribbean Series when it is held in Santiago, Dominican Republic February 2 – 7.

Telemundo extends streak on delivering younger viewers in 2007.

elemundo announced final year ratings for 2007. According to Nielsen Media Research data, Telemundo averaged 1,035,000 total viewers (P2 plus) in 2007, increasing 7% from the previous year in Monday through Friday Prime (970,000). Telemundo’s delivery of Adults 18-49 during Monday through Friday Prime averaged 586,000, increasing plus 4% vs. last year (562,000). The network also maintained its year over year growth in these time periods for December 2007, extending its streak to eight months of consecutive year over year growth.
