Azteca America acquired by HC2 Networks Inc.

HC2 Holdings, Inc. (“HC2”)  announced that its subsidiary, HC2 Network Inc. (“HC2 Network”), has acquired Azteca America, a Spanish-language broadcast network, from affiliates of TV Azteca, S.A.B. de C.V.
