Azteca America Launches On Time Warner Cable In San Antonio & Austin.

Time Warner Cable and Una Vez Mas, LLC (“UVM”) announced that two of UVM’s television stations, KVDF in San Antonio, Texas and KADF in Austin, Texas, will be carried by the Time Warner Cable systems in those markets beginning on April 26, 2005.

With an average household coverage area rating of 6.0, three of the network’s exclusive telecasts of the Copa Libertadores in first quarter 2005, not only ranked among the top-ten Spanish-language cable programs overall, but also reigned supreme among all Spanish-language sports network programming, according to Nielsen Media Research.

New Nielsen Study Reveals MásMúsica TeVe Network Connects With 18-34 Hispanic Viewers.

A new study conducted among 18 – 49 year olds by Nielsen Media Research reveals high viewership rates for MásMúsica TeVe Network. Over half (54%) of all respondents said they viewed MásMúsica® TeVe Network during the past week. Among 18 – 34 year olds, almost six in ten (59%) said they watched MásMúsica TeVe during the past week.

Sí TV Announces New Original Shows For 2005/2006 Upfront.

Sí TV has announced the addition of nine new original shows to its programming lineup ranging from “reali-mentaries” to sketch comedy. The addition of these new shows raises the total amount of original programs offered by the year-old network from ten to nineteen.
