Church’s Chicken has announced a new cross-generational advertising campaign, the “mmm……Crunch,” which began airing on December 26, with three television and three radio spots. “Mmm…..Crunch” represents the next level of the “Gotta Have that CRUNCH” BrandFrame, which was created in April 2004 by Church’s Agency of Record, The Cartel Group.

Toyota Launches ‘Like you, with English and Spanish!’ Hybrid Super Bowl Ad.

Toyota will begin the advertising launch of the Camry, during one of America’s most popular sporting events — the 2006 Super Bowl. In celebration of the diverse appeal of the big game, Toyota has developed a “hybrid” commercial featuring English and Spanish to showcase the all-new 2007 Camry Hybrid that runs on gas and electrical power.

Copywriter Rogerio Baran and Senior Art Director Sebastian Pallares from Lápiz recently won first place in the interactive category of the Nuevos Talentos competition of the El Ojo de Iberoamérica festival.

New Dodge Ram 1500 Ad ‘La Promesa’.

The first of four powerful new ads for the 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 will feature a “strong, silent, traditional hero” to promote the Ram’s new design features and its proven capabilities. The introductory 30-second spot will be released this month to audiences throughout the country.

Pontiac Torrent SUV Advertising Features Racer Milka Duno.

The first batch of Torrent SUV advertising for the Hispanic market launches next week to expand upon Pontiac’s largest Hispanic advertising campaign ever. A new original Spanish language television ad titled “Metamorphosis” featuring the Pontiac Torrent SUV and race car driver Milka Duno began running October 17.

La Comunidad & Badillo Puerto Rico Dominate @ AHAA/Ad Age Creative Awards.

Entries rose by 30% to 715 for the 7th annual Advertising Age Hispanic Creative Advertising Awards, presented in cooperation with the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies at a gala awards show Sept. 30 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York.

The entries from Puerto Rico agencies received a large amount of attention and honors at this year’s competition, thus demonstrating the high level of creative prowess on the island.

Círculo Creativo del Mercado Hispano held a Young Creatives competition at the semi-annual Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies conference in New York. Various creatives teams from across the country participated.
