Caracol Television announced the launch of GENTV (WGEN) Channel 8. The new station is set to hit the airwaves in Miami on September 18th with a fresh and exciting programming schedule that recognizes the multi-ethnicities of the market.

Fuego Entertainment, Inc. announced that it has issued a letter of intent to acquire 14 television stations for a total consideration of $11 million in cash and stock, including the assumption of liabilities.
