Census: population estimates by race, Hispanic Origin and age for states and Counties.

The Census Bureau released annual estimates of state and county populations by age, sex, race and Hispanic origin for 2000 to 2005.

The estimates for each race and Hispanic group are cross-tabulated by single year of age and selected age groups for each state and by five-year age groups for counties. In addition to the estimates for states and counties, this release contains population estimates by age and sex for Puerto Rico and its municipios.

McDonald’s tops for people with kids.

McDonald’s is the number one fast food brand among people with kids in their household, according to consumer research firm Scarborough Research. Almost one-third (31 percent) of U.S. adults with children ate at a McDonald’s during the past week.
