Who Are Latino Cell Only Respondents?

According to the National Center for Health Statistics’ National Health Interview Survey conducted between January and June, 2010, more than one in every four (26.6 percent) American homes has only cell phones and no landline phones. Nearly one in every six (15.9 percent) American homes has a landline yet receives all or almost all calls on cell phones.
