nuvoTV unveils 2012 – 2013 Programming Slate.

nuvoTV will feature five new non-scripted series for its 2012-13 season including: Mario Lopez 1-on-1, Fight Factory, The 7 of Clubs, Curvy Girls and Low-Ballers. These shows will join nuvoTV’s returning original reality Model Latina to anchor the schedule. The five new programs offer everything from a rare look inside the hugely popular sport of MMA to sexy celebrity interviews with top Latino talent– all geared toward BCLs.

According to deadline.com, Fox unveiled the first on-air promo for MundoFox, the upcoming Spanish-language broadcast network backed by Fox International Channels and Colombia’s RCN Television Group.

Bud Light & Subway sign on to branded integrations on Telemundo’s ‘Corazón Valiente’.

Building on the success of prior integrated partnerships with Telemundo, Bud Light and Subway restaurants return to the network to bring their products to life through customized branded in-show experiences including characters consuming and enjoying Bud Light at key moments in the storyline and a plot highlighting Subway restaurants’ Fresh Fit menu and new breakfast offerings.

TV Dramas account for most Primetime viewing, timeshifting & ad spend.

Television viewers in the U.S. have more choices than ever, both in terms of how and where they tune in and in what they watch. In the first of a three-part insight series, Nielsen looked at viewership and advertising across five traditional primetime genres and found that dramas account for the largest share of viewership, timeshifting and ad spend, while reality programs claimed the largest share of product placements.

Last month I attended one of the best parties in L.A.  No, I’m not talking about the Oscars.  I’m talking about the Brisk Bodega-Star Wars Cantina party, presented by Brisk Tea. Now ostensibly the party was intended to present and offer party-goers samples of Brisk Tea.  But by partnering up with LucasFilm, Brisk was able to offer another element of intrigue at its party: an exhibition of art conceived by emerging, young artists, and based on the iconic characters from the “Star Wars” film.
